Sunday, January 15th, 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.--an MLK Jr. Community Event

What’s on your plate Sunday, January 15, 2012—the day before Martin Luther King, Jr., Day?

No commitments? Great! That means you’re free to take one small step in transforming yourself from “dreamer” to “doer” by sharing in America’s Sunday Supper. Celebrating Dr. King’s legacy of service and social justice, America’s Sunday Supper is your opportunity to act on your innermost desire to make a difference in your world. How? By getting to know your neighbors.

Consider America’s Sunday Supper the gigantic cosmic push—or gentle spiritual nudge—you need to reach out and join hands with those who may be outside your email and phone contacts but who care deeply about what’s going on in your community. America’s Sunday Supper invites people from all walks of life to come together, have a bite to eat, watch a movie and talk about the most pressing social issues they face locally.
