Lay Leader

The lay leaders facilitate communication between the congregation and the pastor. Each of them works with two or three teams, attending their meetings and helping to keep the pastor current with plans and projects of ministry. At Sunday Services, the lay leaders take turns welcoming the congregation and leading the announcement segment of the service.
